Annual salary: £25,000 - £28,000

Job Description

Would you like to work for a new and growing company with a different approach? Chalk is looking for a dedicated Candidate Manager based in Berkshire to help resource, recruit, and clear the best teachers and support staff to work in a range of schools.

The role will include the following.

• Support the team to find and recruit candidates with relevant experience.
• Complete candidate pre-screen to check if they are suitable.
• Complete interviews (both face-to-face and via Microsoft Teams)
• Write adverts in order to attract candidates.
• Liaise with colleges and universities to engage with students.
• Check ID and ensure candidates have the documents required for compliance purposes.
• Assist with various checks to ensure candidates are fully compliant.

Skills needed:

• Experience in education recruitment/resourcing
• Good understanding of education, specifically SEND.
• Strong understanding of compliance
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient ICT ability
• Organised
• Self-motivated
• Hard working
