£100-£160 per day !
Can you use your passion and knowledge of learning, development and the additional needs some children may have, to support all pupils to reach their full potential?
Chalk Education are working with a SEN School in Runcorn which supports students with a wide range of additional needs, and are seeking to recruit a Teacher to their staff team. This role has potential to become perm!
Job Description
You will be required to deliver creative and interactive construction lessons in an engaging way to small groups of 8 students of mixed ages and abilities. You will need the ability to cover a range of mathematical areas and require good knowledge across this, your specialist area.
Excellent behaviour management is necessary yet with a calm but firm approach. You will be working alongside a supportive staff team ensuring a positive and safe learning environment is provided for all students.
Alongside the staff, you will be responsible for safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children and young people.
The ideal candidate will:
- Construction teaching experience
- Teaching construction - Ideal
- Be flexible and able to change plans.
Additional requirements:
- References confirming suitability for role
- Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service
- Eligibility to work in the UK
