We are currently recruiting Psychology graduates to support across Primary, Secondary and SEND schools in the Salford area.

Join a specialist SEND or SEMH secondary school supporting pupils aged 5–16/19 in mainstream or specialist settings.

• Work primarily as a Graduate Teaching Assistant or 1:1 SEMH Support, offering emotional, behavioural, and educational support.

• Collaborate with teachers,  families, and internal mental-health teams in a trauma-informed, nurturing environment

• Warm, patient, and compassionate, with genuine passion for supporting neurodiverse learners (e.g., Autism, ADHD, SEMH).

• Some experience  supporting children be that in schools, mental-health settings

• Professional demeanour: enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain), right to work in the UK, and strong communication skills.
