Chalk Education is recruiting on behalf of a fantastic Sports Academy in Liverpool for a Part-Time KS3/KS4 Maths Teacher to join their dedicated team from September 2026 until July 2027.

This is a unique opportunity to teach talented young athletes, helping them achieve their GCSE Maths alongside their sporting ambitions. You'll play a key role in motivating and encouraging students to reach their full academic potential in a modern, well-resourced learning environment.

The Role

• Teach Maths across KS3 and KS4.
• Part-time position – 2 days per week (8.15am – 4.00pm).
• Support and inspire aspiring athletes to achieve their GCSE Maths qualification.
• Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that build confidence and progress.
• Work within an excellent academy with outstanding learning facilities.

The Ideal Candidate

• Has classroom-based experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4.
• Holds relevant teaching qualifications (QTS/QTLS or equivalent preferred).
• Is passionate about inspiring young people to achieve academically.
• Can build positive relationships and motivate students with diverse aspirations.
• Is organised, enthusiastic and committed to raising achievement.
• Commitment to safeguarding.
