Chalk Education is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Teacher to join a mainstream provision in Wigan on a long-term temporary basis. This role offers competitive daily pay rates starting from £140 per day, with scope based on experience.

The Role:

• Providing SATS intervention for year 6 class
• Planning and delivering engaging, personalised lessons tailored to individual learning needs
• Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and external professionals
• Creating a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment that supports progress and wellbeing

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Proven experience teaching pupils in year 6
• Experience supporting children with complex needs
• Strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills
• A caring, patient, and resilient approach to teaching
