We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded Alternative Provision in West Drayton that provides specialist education to secondary-aged pupils unable to access mainstream schooling. Many students have been, or are at risk of, exclusion and require a tailored, vocationally focused curriculum.
The Role:
This full-time teaching role combines Art, Design & Technology, and Food Technology for KS3 and KS4 learners. The emphasis is on delivering practical, hands-on lessons that support vocational skill-building and prepare pupils for life beyond school.

Focus on vocational and life skills through creative subjects
QTS preferred (strong unqualified teachers with relevant experience considered)
September 2025 start
Temp-to-perm or fixed-term contract options available
Monday–Friday, full school hours

What We're Looking For:
✔ Proven experience teaching at KS3–KS4 level
✔ Strong classroom management and behaviour strategies
✔ Experience working with pupils with SEMH and SEN needs
✔ A practical, hands-on teacher who can make learning engaging and meaningful
✔ Someone passionate about giving students creative tools for expression, self-worth and independence

- Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service
