Chalk Education is looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant with EYFS experience to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in South Liverpool on a full-time, long-term basis.

The Role

As an L3 Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support teaching and learning within an EYFS setting.
• Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Support children’s social, emotional, and educational development.
• Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Provide targeted support to children who need additional help with their learning and development.
• Have a commitment to safeguarding
• Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and confidence.

The Ideal Candidate - We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or an equivalent relevant qualification.
• Has previous experience working within EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage).
• Has a genuine passion for supporting young children and helping them thrive.
• Is patient, nurturing, proactive, and confident working as part of a team.
• Has excellent communication skills and a positive approach to learning.
• Is committed to making a real difference in children’s lives.
