About the Role
- Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to secondary learners
- Create a supportive, trauma‑informed classroom atmosphere
- Work closely with pastoral and SEN teams to meet individual needs
- Support behaviour regulation and promote student wellbeing across the provision
Requirements
- Preferred: QTS or PGCE
- Experience in SEMH, PRU, AP, or SEN settings is highly desirable
- Strong behaviour management and a positive, restorative approach
- Proactive, empathetic, and adaptable mindset
