About the Role

  • Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to secondary learners
  • Create a supportive, trauma‑informed classroom atmosphere
  • Work closely with pastoral and SEN teams to meet individual needs
  • Support behaviour regulation and promote student wellbeing across the provision

Requirements

  • Preferred: QTS or PGCE
  • Experience in SEMH, PRU, AP, or SEN settings is highly desirable
  • Strong behaviour management and a positive, restorative approach
  • Proactive, empathetic, and adaptable mindset
