About the Role
You will be working closely with teachers to support pupils with Special Educational Needs, providing a mix of 1:1 support and leading small-group interventions. The role is ideal for someone patient, nurturing, and passionate about helping children thrive in a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 support to pupils with SEN, helping them access learning activities and remain engaged

Lead and assist with small-group intervention work

Support classroom routines and help maintain a positive learning environment

Work alongside teaching staff and SEN staff to implement personalised learning plans

Encourage social, emotional, and academic development in line with school expectations
Requirements

Valid Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)

Right to work in the UK

Experience working with children with SEN (ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, learning difficulties, etc.)

Ability to build positive relationships and provide consistent, calm support
