Chalk Education is seeking a number of passionate and dedicated primary teaching assistants to join a vibrant school community in Litherland. This role will involve working closely with pupils with special educational needs and disabilities, providing tailored support to ensure each child’s success and well-being in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support children with SEND in small group and one-to-one settings.
• Assist with the planning and delivery of differentiated activities.
• Work closely with the class teacher to monitor progress and help implement individual education plans
• Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere, promoting social and emotional development.
• Assist with general classroom management and supporting the wider school community.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have a passion for working with children, particularly those with SEND.
• Possess experience in a similar role, though not essential, and an understanding of SEND needs.
• Be patient, compassionate, and adaptable.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
