Behaviour Mentor (Immediate Start) – Secondary School in Mill Hill (NW7)
A vibrant secondary school in Mill Hill (NW7), serving students across Key Stages 3 and 4, is seeking enthusiastic Behaviour Mentors to join their team as soon as possible. If you have a passion for making a positive impact on young people’s lives, we want to hear from you!
The Role:
- Support Students (Ages 11–16): Work closely with young people across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping them engage in learning and grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
- Promote Positive Behaviour: Use creativity and energy to motivate students with challenging behaviour, ensuring they feel supported and encouraged to succeed.
- Safeguarding & Welfare: Collaborate with staff to maintain a safe environment and uphold the highest standards of safeguarding for all students.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with SEMH or Challenging Behaviour: Previous exposure to supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health needs is highly beneficial.
- Excellent Behaviour Management Skills: Strong abilities to defuse situations and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
- Energetic & Creative Approach: A proactive personality that can inspire and engage students.
- TeamTeach Training (Desirable): While not essential, having TeamTeach or similar training is a plus.
- Passion for Education: A commitment to helping young people succeed and a desire to be a positive role model.

- Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service
