Chalk Education Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant with experience in Key Stage 2 Primary education. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the curriculum and be passionate about supporting children's learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
• Support individual and small group learning, providing tailored assistance to students.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the teacher.
• Collaborate with the teaching staff to create effective learning strategies.
• Support students with special educational needs as required.

Requirements:

• Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Experience working in a Key Stage 2 setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting learning.
