We’re seeking a caring, reliable, and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their warm and experienced team, supporting pupils with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD).

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Working alongside class teachers and specialist staff to support the individual needs of students with SLD
• Delivering personalised support on a 1:1 basis and in small groups across a broad curriculum
• Assisting pupils with personal care, mobility, and communication where required
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

Who We’re Looking For:

• Ideally has experience supporting children or young people with SLD or in an SEND setting
• Calm, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting learning and behaviour
• A strong team player with initiative and a proactive attitude
• Comfortable providing personal care when required
• Holds an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one via Chalk Education)
