Chalk Education is delighted to be partnering with a welcoming and well-regarded primary school in Camberley, Surrey, who are looking to appoint a KS2 Teacher on a permanent basis. The role is open to both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs), with a team that values collaboration, fresh ideas, and a calm, confident approach to teaching and learning. It’s a place where teachers are trusted to do their job well and given the support they need to succeed.

Day to day, the KS2 Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons that help pupils build confidence, make strong progress, and enjoy their learning. With access to a range of resources and support, there’s plenty of flexibility to bring lessons to life and adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners.

The school also offers great opportunities for development, whether that’s growing within the role or stepping into additional responsibilities over time. Leadership is supportive and encouraging, with TLR opportunities available for those ready to take the next step.

The ideal KS2 Teacher will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience in Key Stage 2 or a strong interest in the phase. They will be confident in the classroom, able to manage behaviour positively, and focused on building strong relationships that help pupils thrive in a happy, engaging learning environment.
