The role:

Chalk Education is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) school in Liverpool. This position offers an immediate interview with a view to start after the Easter break.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with diverse needs, providing support in both individual and group settings. They will play a key role in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Proven experience working with SEND
• Experience supporting students in Key Stages 2-3.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
• A genuine passion for education and a dedicated approach to nurturing student growth and development.

Additional requirements:

• References confirming suitability for role
• Commitment to Safeguarding
• Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service
• Eligibility to work in the UK
