Position: Early Career Teacher (ECT)
Pay Rate: £130 - £160 per day
Location: Greater Manchester
Contract Type: Long term, both Full time & Part time

You will be joining schools that are passionate about nurturing new teachers, providing structured support and mentoring to help you thrive during your induction period. The role will involve delivering engaging and inclusive lessons, managing classroom behaviour effectively, and creating a positive learning environment where every child can achieve their potential.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold QTS or be completing their ECT induction period
• Have experience teaching within a primary school (placement experience accepted)
• Be committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice
• Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills
• Have a passion for inspiring children and supporting their academic and personal growth
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils

Additional requirements:

• References confirming suitability for the role
• Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service
• Eligibility to work in the UK
