One-to-One Behaviour Support Assistant 

Hours: 8.30am - 3.30pm, Monday to Friday (full time)

Location: Sutton, St. Helens

Chalk Education Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced One-to-One Behaviour Support Assistant for a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in St. Helens. The successful candidate will provide tailored support to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer one-to-one support to students, promoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
• Commitment to Safeguarding
• Implement personalised strategies to assist with academic and social development.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure a positive, supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Experience providing one-to-one support, ideally with children or adults with SEMH
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• References confirming suitability for role
• Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service
• Eligibility to work in the UK
