What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting students with social, emotional and behavioural needs 1:1 or in small groups
- Promoting positive behaviour and using de-escalation strategies to manage challenges calmly
- Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral staff to ensure consistent support
- Building trusting relationships that help students re-engage with their learning
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience supporting young people with behavioural or SEMH needs
- Confident behaviour management and a calm, compassionate approach
- Background in education, youth work, care or a similar setting is a strong advantage
- Ability to inspire, motivate and connect with students who need extra support
