What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting students with social, emotional and behavioural needs 1:1 or in small groups
• Promoting positive behaviour and using de-escalation strategies to manage challenges calmly
• Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral staff to ensure consistent support
• Building trusting relationships that help students re-engage with their learning

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience supporting young people with behavioural or SEMH needs
• Confident behaviour management and a calm, compassionate approach
• Background in education, youth work, care or a similar setting is a strong advantage
• Ability to inspire, motivate and connect with students who need extra support
