Chalk Education is currently recruiting for a Pastoral Support Worker to join a school on a full-time temporary basis, Monday to Friday. In this role, you will support the progress, wellbeing, and personal development of a designated caseload of students, building positive and trusting relationships to help them succeed.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience working in a pastoral or student support role
• Strong behaviour management skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to respond effectively to unexpected challenges
• A creative and engaging approach to planning activities and working with groups of children

Additional requirements:

• References confirming suitability for the role
• An Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or a willingness to apply
• Eligibility to work in the UK
