As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the classroom action—helping to deliver fun, engaging lessons, supporting students one-on-one or in small groups, and ensuring every child has the support they need to shine. You’ll be working closely with passionate teachers to create an inclusive, dynamic learning environment, while also playing a key role in safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing.

To hit the ground running, you'll need some experience working with children—whether that's in a school, nursery, tutoring, sports coaching, or similar setting. A clean, up-to-date DBS is required, but don’t worry if you haven’t got one yet—we’ll help you through the process.
