Full-Time Teaching Assistant

The Role:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Full-Time Teaching Assistants to join schools in South Liverpool. You will play a vital role in supporting classroom learning, assisting teachers, and helping students achieve their best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons.
• Assist with classroom management and pupil engagement.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support for students as required.
• Help with preparation of resources and learning materials.
• Support the inclusion of all pupils and encourage a positive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• A positive, patient, and proactive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and adapt to different classroom settings.
