The Role:

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support class teachers with day-to-day classroom activities
• Provide one-to-one and small group support where required
• Assist pupils with their learning, behaviour, and social development
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Adapt quickly to different schools and classroom settings

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has experience working with children in a primary school setting (desirable)
• Is flexible, dependable, and confident working in new environments
• Has a positive, caring, and proactive approach
• Can work effectively as part of a team
• Holds (or is willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the update service
