Job Description

You'll work closely with small groups, guiding them through phonics lessons and ensuring every child gains the confidence and skills they need to succeed in their educational journey.

With at least 6 months of recent experience supporting KS1, you’ll bring both expertise and enthusiasm to this role. Your ability to work independently, along with the confidence to actively participate in planning meetings, will be key to your success.

In partnership with the school staff, you will also have a vital role in safeguarding and protecting the well-being of all students.
