As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you'll support students’ range of academic abilities and complex needs. Whether you're helping a student develop a new skill, grow in confidence, or achieve a milestone they once thought was out of reach, you'll play a key part in their success.

Working alongside a dedicated class teacher and supportive staff team, you'll help create engaging, personalised learning experiences that allow every student to flourish. From providing one-to-one support and leading small group activities to promoting independence and celebrating daily achievements, you'll be at the heart of a nurturing environment where students are encouraged to reach their full potential.

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, you'll need previous experience supporting children or young people with SEND, whether through professional or personal experience, along with a valid Enhanced DBS certificate or a willingness to obtain one before starting. Most importantly, you'll bring energy, empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping young people overcome barriers and achieve success.
