A welcoming 4-form entry primary in Forest Gate, E7, is looking for a Float TA to join ASAP. This is a varied role supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, with a strong focus on 1:1 SEN support.
What you’ll do:
- Support classes across different year groups
- Provide small group and 1:1 SEN support
- Work with teachers and the SENCO to deliver inclusive learning
- Track and celebrate pupil progress
What we’re looking for:
- Previous school-based experience (SEN experience a big plus)
- Confident working across all primary phases
- Positive, adaptable, and great with communication
- Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply)
