We are seeking a dedicated, proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join the team as soon as possible.

The Role

• Full-time, long-term position
• Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs (SEN/SEMH/communication needs)
• Providing 1:1 and small-group support
• Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible learning
• Helping create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment
• Supporting emotional regulation, behaviour and social development

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supporting children, ideally within a school or SEN setting
• A valid and up-to-date DBS (on the update service or willing to apply)
• A patient, nurturing and resilient approach
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• Someone reliable, enthusiastic and confident supporting diverse learning needs
