We are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Bexley, South East London. This is a full-time, long-term role starting ASAP, with the opportunity to move into a permanent position for the right candidate.

The Role:
- Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and learning difficulties)
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support in and out of the classroom
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Supporting pupils’ academic progress, emotional regulation and social development
- Implementing SEN strategies and behaviour support plans
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience working as an SEN TA or Learning Support Assistant
- Confident supporting pupils with additional needs in a primary setting
- Calm, patient and proactive approach to behaviour and learning support
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- A genuine passion for supporting children with SEN
