Contract: Full-Time, Monday – Friday (8:30am – 3:30pm)

Chalk Education are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Support Assistant to join a welcoming Primary SEND school in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and making a genuine difference in their education and wellbeing.

The Role

You’ll be working closely with pupils across the primary age range, supporting their learning, communication, and emotional development in line with individual education plans. The ideal candidate will be patient, nurturing, and able to build strong, positive relationships with both students and staff.

Requirements

• Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEND), particularly within a primary setting
• Commitment to safeguarding
• A calm, caring, and adaptable approach to working with children
• Commitment to working full-time (Monday – Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm)
• A valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one via Chalk)
