Are you passionate about making a real difference in students’ lives? A vibrant Secondary School in Haringey (N8) is seeking dedicated SEND Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join their team on a full-time basis, starting immediately.
The Role
- Empower through Education: Provide vital support to pupils with Autism, ADHD, and challenging behavior across Years 7–11, helping them develop a positive attitude toward learning.
- Holistic Support: Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a nurturing environment, assisting some students who may also have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
- Full-Time Commitment: Work Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:00pm, actively contributing to the welfare and progress of students with diverse needs.
Key Requirements
- Relevant Experience: Prior experience supporting secondary-aged pupils (11–16) is essential.
- Strong Behaviour Management: Excellent strategies to create a positive, inclusive classroom.
- Passion & Dedication: A genuine commitment to driving student success and well-being.
