Position: SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Specialism: Complex Needs, Visual Impairment ,Speech, Language and Communication Needs, Severe Learning Difficulties
Age Range: 3 - 19 years
Pay: £110 - £140 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Long-term
Start Date: Immediate
Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate, experienced HLTA to join a vibrant SEN school in Waltham Forest. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide dedicated PPA cover across a variety of classes, working closely with pupils aged 3 to 19 years who have complex and diverse learning needs including VI, SLCN, and SLD.

Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a HLTA, ideally in an SEN or complex needs setting.
- Strong understanding and experience with Complex Needs, VI, SLCN, and SLD.
- Ability to effectively manage classes independently during PPA sessions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff alike.
