Description

Chalk Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner for a full-time, long-term role, providing general classroom support. If you have a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) and classroom-based experience, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide classroom support across a variety of subjects and year groups.
  • Assist the teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
  • Support students with additional learning needs and ensure inclusivity in the classroom.
  • Help with the preparation of classroom materials and resources.
  • Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for all students.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with classroom management.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
  • Proven classroom-based experience, ideally in a primary or secondary school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A passion for supporting children's education and development.
