We’re looking for an experienced SEMH Tutor who’s ready for something different. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an alternative education setting where learning goes beyond the classroom.

About the Role:

• Deliver 1:1 and 2:1 support with the help of a Teaching Assistant
• Take learning outdoors – trips to museums, fishing, sports, libraries, and more!
• Work with young people displaying challenging behaviour
• Make a real difference with hands-on, flexible, and engaging approaches

Requirements:

• Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
• Relevant qualifications (QTS, PTTLS, QTTLS, etc.)
• Experience with SEMH and alternative provision preferred
• Passion for working outside the box
• Driver - must have full UK licence and use of a car

This is a long-term position with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
