The Role:

• Support pupils in their learning under the guidance of class teachers
• Provide 1:1 or small group support, including for children with additional needs
• Use your psychology background to help manage behaviour, build positive relationships, and promote emotional wellbeing
• Contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

About You:

• A recent Psychology graduate (or final-year student) with a strong academic background
• Experience working with children or young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, youth work, volunteering, or childcare)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s education and development
