Pastoral & SEN Learning Support Assistant – Primary School

Location: Winchmore Hill, Enfield, N21
Position: Full-time, Long-term
Pay Rate: £95 - £120 per day (dependent on experience)

We have an exciting opportunity at a welcoming and vibrant primary school in Winchmore Hill, Enfield.

About the Role: You will be working closely with pupils who have additional learning and emotional needs, providing targeted SEN and pastoral support both in-class and through tailored interventions. Your role is crucial in ensuring all children feel supported, engaged, and able to achieve their full potential.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs.
  • Can provide excellent pastoral care and emotional support.
  • Is patient, empathetic, and committed to inclusive education.
  • Works effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Can build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff.
