  • Maintain clear and accurate records to support student development and wellbeing.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience supporting children or young people in an educational, mentoring, or care setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive, trusting relationships.
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a calm and resilient approach.
  • A relevant qualification in education, psychology, youth work, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • A clean DBS check or willingness to apply for one.
  • Available on a full-time basis (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm).

Why join us?

  • Make a genuine and lasting impact on young people’s lives every day.
  • Join a warm, supportive, and collaborative school community.
  • Access ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Weekly PAYE pay, with holiday pay included in the advertised rate.
