Nursery Practitioner (Level 3+) | Harrow (HA2) | £100–£120/day | Full-Time, Long-Term | After Half Term Start

Are you a Level 3 qualified practitioner with experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?
A welcoming and inclusive nursery setting in Harrow (HA2) is looking for a dedicated practitioner to join their team on a long-term, full-time basis after half term.

About the Role

You’ll be supporting children aged 3–5, including pupils with:

  • ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder)
  • SLCN (Speech, Language & Communication Needs)
  • MLD/SLD (Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties)

Day-to-day, you’ll:

  • Deliver engaging, play-based learning activities
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with additional needs
  • Encourage communication, independence, and positive behaviour
  • Assist with daily routines, including personal care where required
  • Work closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure every child thrives

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years / Supporting Teaching & Learning
  • Experience supporting children with SEN (nursery or care background welcome)
  • A patient, proactive, and empathetic approach
  • Commitment to long-term consistency and development
  • Local to Harrow or within 45 minutes’ travel

The Details

  • Start: After half term (ASAP for the right candidate)
  • Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term, Term-Time Only
  • Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
  • Pay: £100–£120 per day (depending on experience)
  • Location: Harrow, HA2
