Chalk Education is seeking a confident and capable Level 3 Teaching Assistant to lead learning across a primary mainstream classroom, providing high-quality PPA cover. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who is comfortable taking the lead, managing the classroom, and delivering engaging learning experiences.

About the Role:

• Leading whole-class learning during PPA cover across primary year groups
• Supporting pupils to stay engaged, focused, and on track
• Following lesson plans and adapting to the needs of the class
• Working collaboratively with teaching staff and the wider school team
• Full-time position, required ASAP for a minimum of 6 months

About You:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Confident in leading a classroom independently
• Experience in a primary mainstream setting
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Reliable, adaptable, and ready to start immediately
