Pay: £95 - £120 PAYE, dependent on experience

The role

We’re looking for LSAs/TAs with strong Maths skills to help make lessons clear, accessible and purposeful. You’ll work alongside the class teacher to keep learning on track—especially for pupils who need focused support to meet their targets.

What you’ll do

• Support planning & delivery: help prepare resources and materials so Maths lessons run smoothly.
• Targeted intervention: provide focused support to individuals or small groups (pre-teaching, catch-up, overlearning) as directed by the teacher.
• Team approach: collaborate with teachers and fellow LSAs to share strategies and what works.
• Contribute to progress: take part in team meetings and feed back on pupil progress, interventions and next steps.

What you’ll bring

• Confident Maths knowledge (able to support up to GCSE; A-level is a bonus).
• Clear, calm communication; patient, consistent classroom presence.
• Experience supporting learners in a school setting (SEND experience advantageous).
• Reliability, good record-keeping and a genuine commitment to pupil progress.
