We are working with a highly regarded primary school in Farnborough, Hampshire, that is looking to add a caring and committed Learning Support Assistant to its nurturing team.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll have the rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to children's learning and development every day. Working closely with teachers, you'll support pupils both in the classroom and through targeted interventions, helping individuals and small groups build confidence, develop key skills, and reach their full potential. You'll work with a range of learners, including children with mild Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), creating a positive, inclusive, and encouraging environment where every child feels supported to succeed.

To thrive in this role, you'll need previous experience working with children and either hold an enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to obtain one, with our support if required. Experience supporting pupils with SEND would be a fantastic advantage, but we're equally keen to hear from candidates with transferable skills from tutoring, sports coaching, childcare, youth work, care settings, or parenting. Above all, we're looking for enthusiastic, compassionate individuals who are passionate about helping young people grow in confidence and achieve their very best.
