As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play an important role in helping pupils achieve their full potential by providing tailored support both inside and outside the classroom. You'll work closely with teachers to create an engaging and positive learning environment, supporting individuals and small groups of children, including those with mild SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities). From assisting with lessons and interventions to encouraging confidence, independence, and social development, you'll have a direct impact on students' educational journeys.

To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience working with children and hold a valid enhanced DBS check, or be willing to obtain one with our support. Experience supporting children with SEND is highly desirable, although not essential. We welcome applications from candidates with a range of relevant backgrounds, including education, tutoring, sports coaching, childcare, youth work, care settings, or personal experience as a parent or guardian. Most importantly, we're looking for someone with a genuine passion for supporting young people and helping them thrive.
