Are you passionate about supporting children to succeed academically and emotionally? Do you have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and students? If so, we want to hear from you!

A forward-thinking primary school in Reading, Berkshire is seeking a caring and dedicated Learning Mentor to provide support for children with mild SEND. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference, helping students overcome barriers to learning, build confidence, and thrive in a nurturing environment.

As a Learning Mentor, you will:

• Provide tailored support to individuals or small groups
• Assist with classroom activities and one-on-one sessions
• Collaborate closely with teachers and parents
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children and a clean DBS certificate. If you don’t have one yet, we can help you obtain it. Experience working with SEND is highly valued but not essential—relevant experience in tutoring, sports coaching, childcare, or parenting is also considered.
