Known for its creative and forward-thinking approach, this school is on the lookout for a passionate and caring Learning Mentor to join their team and make a real difference in children’s lives. As a Learning Mentor, you’ll be at the heart of creating a positive, supportive, and fun learning environment. You’ll work with a variety of students, including those with mild SEND, providing 1:1 or small group support, helping them thrive both academically and personally. From supporting classroom activities to delivering targeted interventions, your energy and enthusiasm will help students build confidence, develop skills, and reach their full potential.

We’re looking for someone with experience supporting children and a valid DBS (or willingness to apply—we can help!). Experience with SEND is a bonus, but we welcome candidates from all sorts of backgrounds: classroom support, tutoring, youth work, sports coaching, childcare, or even parenting!
