Chalk Education are working alongside an alternative provision, based in the Runcorn.

We are seeking an experienced HLTA to work with a student who is disengaged and has challenging behaviours.

The student has their own EHCP and you will be required to lead crisis interventions where necessary as well as work independently outside of the classroom environment.

The school prides itself on providing a holistic approach to education, by preparing pupils for all the opportunities, responsibilities, and experiences of adult life. Pupil’s study national curriculum in key stage 3 and 4.

Must have.

· minimum 2 years SEND experience – specifically SEMH

· Good literacy and numeracy skills with knowledge across the curriculum.

· Excellent communication skills

· Behaviour management experience

. HLTA qualification of equivalent
