Chalk Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistants to support mainstream primary and secondary schools across South Liverpool starting this September.

We have a variety of long-term and short-term roles to suit your availability, whether you’re looking to gain valuable classroom experience before pursuing a career in teaching or simply want to make a positive impact in education.

What we’re looking for:

• A degree in any subject (education-related degrees are a plus, but not essential)
• Some experience working with children or young people – this could be formal (e.g. classroom, tutoring, sports coaching) or informal (e.g. youth groups, babysitting, volunteering)
• A positive attitude, flexibility, and a genuine interest in supporting pupils’ learning
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
