The Role:

• Delivering pre-set lessons to KS3 and KS4 students across a range of subjects
• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
• Supporting students in their learning and encouraging engagement
• Providing feedback to teaching staff

Requirements:

• Recent experience working in a secondary school classroom (essential)
• Educated to degree level (essential)
• Strong classroom presence and excellent communication skills
• A flexible and proactive attitude
