As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our students' learning and maintaining a positive classroom environment during teachers' absences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students remain focused and on task
• Maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment
• Provide support to students with their learning activities
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students
• Assist with other duties as required, including administrative tasks and exam invigilation

Requirements:

• A genuine interest in pursuing a career in teaching
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Previous experience working with young people is advantageous but not essential
