We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisor to join our supportive and dynamic team at a well-established secondary school in Salford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for education and a desire to support students’ learning in a classroom environment.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining a positive learning environment by supervising students during lessons in the absence of their regular teacher. You’ll have the opportunity to work across a variety of subjects and age groups, supporting students in their educational journey while promoting positive behaviour and ensuring lesson continuity.

To be considered for this role as a Cover Supervisor in Salford  you will need:

• Experience supporting young people age 11-16years
• Strong behaviour management
• Excellent communication
• The ability to build and develop positive relationships with students and staff
• A flexible and patient approach when working with children
