Chalk Education is recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant / Cover Supervisor to support a specialist provision in Runcorn, starting September.

Role Details:

• Position: SEN TA / Cover Supervisor
• Location: Runcorn
• Start Date: September
• Pay: £120 per day
• Type: Full-time, long-term role with potential for temp-to-perm
• Setting: Working with students with SEMH needs
• Duties: Supporting and leading small groups, delivering set work, and managing behaviour positively

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with SEMH or challenging behaviour
• Confident in leading small groups and covering lessons where needed
• Calm, resilient, and able to build strong relationships with students
