Few careers are as rewarding as helping a child achieve something they never thought possible. If you want to play a vital role in shaping positive futures, we'd love to hear from you.
Chalk Education is proud to be partnering with a fantastic specialist school in Wokingham, Berkshire, to recruit a caring and dedicated Complex Needs Support Worker. This is an excellent opportunity to support children and young people with additional needs in a rewarding and meaningful role.

With excellent facilities and a strong focus on individual support, the school is committed to helping every student reach their full potential.
As a Complex Needs Support Worker, you will provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support throughout the school day, helping students access learning, develop independence, build confidence, and achieve their goals. Working closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff, you'll play an important role in creating a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
We're looking for an experienced, compassionate, and reliable individual with previous experience supporting children or young people with SEND and complex needs. You should be confident supporting a range of needs, including personal care where required, and be committed to making a positive difference every day. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable, although support can be provided to obtain one. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
